WHAT A PLEASURE

<<< 12/22/2019 Good evening, Jesús. Today is December 30th, we are about to end the year. I take stock. So many good things! So many graces you have given us! Thank you for the best gift of this year. Thank you for letting me get involved. What a pleasure! And I think about December 22nd and it is that… It’s a joy how you gradually touch our souls. It’s a joy to see people coming from all over Spain to be with You on any weekend in December. It’s a joy not having been able to attend the holy hour on the 21st but just seeing the faces of the others, to realize that what happened there was crazy. It’s a joy to close the year with a mass like the one on December 22nd. It’s a joy to see so many families realize that the joy they see in their children is real. It’s a joy to see people’s faces. It’s a joy how we continue to be amazed by the White Bread. It’s a joy how you don’t change anything, yet you change everything. It’s a joy to see Santa María del Mar bursting with people. It’s a joy not being able to hold back tears thinking that you are crazy for me. It’s a joy to be able to kiss and hug that Cross, thinking that we live kneeling for You and for others. It’s a joy to see how last year some crazy people jumped into the void of something new, wanting to get involved for God. It’s a joy to think about our love story. It’s a joy to see our godparents almost happier than us. It’s a joy to think that I have the best family. It’s a joy to share the joy with a hug. It’s a joy to see the cardinal’s smile when he puts the medal of our Mother on you. It’s a joy to sing at the top of our lungs: “leaving differences behind, I will live on my knees and embracing.” It’s a joy to jump for joy while the song “Revolution” plays. It’s a joy to soak the walls of Santa María del Mar with actions of thanks. It’s a joy to live the intensity of those days. It’s a joy to see how God keeps stirring things up. It’s a joy to have been able to see and make Church. It’s a joy to realize that this is non-stop. It’s a joy to see that this is life. It’s a joy to always carry the Mother of Hakuna on my chest. It’s a joy that God has counted on us to get involved. It’s a joy not to be able to stop giving thanks for what has been lived and for what is yet to come. >>>
