The website https://hakuna.org (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by Fundación Hakuna Revolution (hereinafter, “Hakuna”).

2. Purpose

The Website aims to inform and facilitate registration for activities, meetings, getaways, holy hours, retreats, and other initiatives promoted by Hakuna, as well as the management of user profiles linked to these activities.

3. Terms of Use

Access to and/or use of the Website grants the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make proper use of the Website and not to use it for illegal activities, contrary to good faith or public order.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The contents of the Website (texts, images, logos, design, software, etc.) are owned by Hakuna or third-party licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The Website may include links to third-party sites. Hakuna is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such linked sites.

6. Liability

Hakuna does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Website nor the absence of errors, although it will make its best efforts to prevent and, if applicable, correct them.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Except for mandatory regulations, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city where the Foundation is domiciled.
