This policy applies to registrations and payments made through hakuna.org for activities, gatherings, getaways, retreats, and holy hours organized by Fundación Hakuna Revolution (CIF: G86470788) and the Asociación Hakuna (CIF: G88034210).
2. Cancellations by the participant
2.1. For activities, gatherings, and getaways:
In case of cancellation by the participant, the amount paid will only be refunded if the cancelled spot can be filled by another person.
- If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the start of the activity, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus the management fees applied by the payment platform and excluding any expenses that cannot be recovered, such as name changes on flights or already committed reservations.
- If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the start of the activity, or if the participant does not show up, there will be no right to a refund, unless the cancelled spot can be filled by another participant, in which case the amount paid will be refunded, also applying the same conditions regarding management fees and non-recoverable expenses.
In all cases, refunds are subject to the cancelled spot actually being filled by another person. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded, as it is used to cover fixed costs already committed by the organization (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.).
Cancellation procedure for activities, gatherings, and getaways:
Cancellation requests must be made through the registration platform, and additionally, participants must send an email to [economico@hakuna.org] indicating their registration details such as full name and activity.
2.2. For God Stops

- More than 7 days before the start: 100% refund.

If a delivery has already been made during this period, the refund will only correspond to the proportional part of the remaining deliveries. To request a refund, write to [suscripciones@hakuna.org] indicating your name, type of subscription, and proof of payment.
3. Cancellations or modifications by Hakuna
If Fundación Hakuna must cancel the activity due to force majeure, organizational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, the participant may request a full refund of the amount paid, minus the payment platform management fees. Likewise, if the Foundation is forced to make justified changes to the date or location of the activity, the participant may choose to keep their registration for the new date or location, or request a refund.
4. Right of withdrawal
According to consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution in accordance with article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
