2. Purpose and Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Website and, in particular, the process of registration and contracting of activities, gatherings, getaways, retreats, and holy hours organized by Hakuna.

3. Registration and Accuracy of Data

To register for activities, it may be necessary to create a profile. You agree to provide true and complete information and to keep it updated.

4. Prices, Payment Methods, and Confirmation

  • Prices (if any) are shown before completing registration and include, where applicable, the relevant taxes.
  • Payment is made through the enabled payment gateway. Once authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your spot is reserved when payment is successfully confirmed.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

The provisions of the Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.

Important: In accordance with consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period of execution (for example, retreats or events on specific dates).

6. Code of Conduct for Activities

For the proper development of the activities, participants agree to follow the instructions of those in charge and to behave in a manner consistent with coexistence and care for people and spaces. Serious breaches may result in expulsion without the right to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The materials and content of the Website are the property of Hakuna or its licensors. Their use is governed by the provisions set out in the Legal Notice.

8. Liability

Hakuna will not be liable for incidents arising from incorrect information provided by the user, force majeure, or unforeseeable and unavoidable events.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, regarding cookies, by the Cookies Policy.

10. Modifications

Hakuna may update these terms when necessary. The current version will be the one published on the Website at any given time.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Unless mandatory rules state otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Foundation’s registered address.
